WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN

Our small B&B, with its cheerful, friendly, and family atmosphere, has only two quadruple rooms... hurry and book your dreams at the foot of the Dolomites; you might not find a spot at the last minute!
Whether you choose us for hiking in the pristine Agordino territory, relaxing with the taste of genuine "KM 0" (locally sourced) products, dedicating yourself to relaxation and your mental and physical well-being, or unwinding after a day's work, we are at your disposal all year round to meet your every need.

Reservations are accepted only through the booking box below, where real-time availability, current rates, discounts, and promotions are listed.

* Prices (double/triple/quadruple room): from € 50 to € 65 per person, breakfast included.

* Single use room: from € 75 to € 90, breakfast included.

* Children: up to 3 years old FREE; from 4 to 12 years old 20% discount on the adult rate.

* In case of an invoice, a € 2 stamp duty will be added to the price of the stay.

  • As we are a small family business, there is no reception desk; check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, according to the time selected via the preference form. It will be conducted in person or via self check-in.

  • Check-out is set for 10:00 AM. In case of delay, an extra night will be charged.

  • Cleaning takes place approximately every two days, from 9:30/10:00 AM onwards; we kindly ask guests to leave the room during these times, otherwise the cleaning service will not be performed.

  • Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM; we are available for "sunrise breakfasts" upon advance request. After this time, we kindly ask guests to leave the breakfast room.

  • Luggage storage is free and always available.
